Do you come to our location?

Yes—we bring the full experience directly to your office, venue, or event space, including all florals, materials, staffing, setup, and breakdown. We serve Charlotte and surrounding areas, with extended travel available upon request. We also partner with trusted vendors when needed to support your event, with any additional services included in your custom proposal.

Is food or beverage offered with the experience?

Yes! After receiving your quote, you can tweak your selections and confirm your booking.

What is pricing based on?

Pricing is determined by your guest count, the type of experience selected, and the size selections. Larger guest volumes impact floral needs, staffing, and overall service structure.

Your final investment will also reflect customization, timing, location, and any additional enhancements.

What if my guest count or plan changes?

We understand events evolve. Our team works closely with you to adjust details when possible and ensure a smooth experience regardless of attendance fluctuations.

Do you offer corpoate packaging or multi-event pricing?

Yes. We frequently partner with organizations for recurring events or multi-activation experiences and are happy to discuss bundled or ongoing engagement options.

Are you insured?

Yes. Gleam Design Co. is fully insured and operates with professional standards suitable for corporate and venue-based events.

We offer food and beverage enhancements through our preferred partners, including charcuterie, coffee and matcha service, and cocktail or mocktail experiences. These options can be added to your custom proposal as desired.

Do you do one-on-one or small scale experiences?

At this time, our experiences are designed for group settings and begin at a minimum of 15 guests. This allows us to deliver the full, interactive experience we’re known for. For smaller groups or special requests, feel free to reach out and our team will let you know what options may be available.
